You and Your Food
For my biology honors project I decided to focus on health and the importance of a healthy diet. To learn more about hoe food effects me I decided to track what I was eating, when I was eating, and how it made me feel for the whole semester. I also did research into the digestive system and into what makes a person healthy.
the First Change After a while of tracking the way I did before I decided I wanted to do something suggested in my research which was to spend la longer time chewing my food before swollowing. To try to do this I decided to track how long it takes me to eat each meal. So i added a start time and end time to my tracking.
